Job Overview

Macrobond is building a dedicated product capability to accelerate the development of AI-native products and workflows. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in translating Macrobond's platform strategy into tangible product outcomes within defined domains, including semantic search, knowledge systems, and AI-assisted research workflows. You will be responsible for driving execution of complex product initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. This includes coordinating workstreams, managing dependencies, and ensuring timely delivery of capabilities that enable faster discovery, analysis, and decision‐making across the platform.

Job Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap
    • Contribute to translating platform strategy into clear product plans, priorities, and deliverables
    • Own and manage a defined area of the product roadmap
    • Balance short‐term delivery milestones with longer‐term product evolution
    • Ensure product decisions are grounded in user value, feasibility, and business impact
  • Product Discovery and Definition
    • Lead discovery efforts within your product area to identify and validate high‐impact opportunities
    • Define product requirements, scope, and success criteria for new capabilities
    • Work closely with Design and Engineering to shape solutions from first principles
    • Maintain clarity and alignment across stakeholders for your product initiatives
  • AI Product Development
    • Support the integration of AI capabilities into user workflows across the platform
    • Collaborate with AI Engineering to translate technical capabilities into usable features
    • Ensure AI‐driven features deliver practical value in real user contexts
    • Track and evaluate product performance, adoption, and impact
  • Cross‐Functional Collaboration
    • Partner closely with Design, Engineering, and AI teams to deliver cohesive product outcomes
    • Collaborate with stakeholders across product, commercial, and leadership teams
    • Contribute to effective product and delivery processes that support speed and quality
    • Support alignment across teams when managing dependencies and trade‐offs
  • User and Market Alignment
    • Develop a strong understanding of user workflows, pain points, and industry trends
    • Ensure product decisions reflect real customer needs and market dynamics
    • Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and insights
    • Support go‐to‐market efforts by ensuring product readiness and clarity of value proposition

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Strong experience in product management for complex software or data‐driven products
  • Proven ability to drive execution through clear roadmaps, requirements, and delivery plans
  • Experience working across cross‐functional teams to deliver end‐to‐end product outcomes
  • Solid program management skills, including planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation
  • Experience working closely with engineering and design teams in a product‐led environment
  • Good understanding of AI‐enabled products, data platforms, or analytical tools
  • Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear product requirements and execution plans
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in fast‐paced environments with evolving requirements
