ROLE OVERVIEW
This highly regarded and established law firm in London is looking to appoint a Legal Support Assistant to support the firm in all daily legal administrative tasks.
SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE:
The successful candidate will have minimum 2 years’ experience, be computer literate, confident with a ‘can do ’attitude. They must be happy to get involved to support the teams and pick up any administrative tasks when the need arises.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• File Management including setting up new files and ensuring AML checks (using Legl) are completed, closing files, and archiving matters and sending the files to storage
• Saving and updating documents to the case management system, Visualfiles
• Producing correspondence
• Answering the front door on occasions, greeting clients, dealing with couriers etc
• Arranging refreshments for meetings and preparing the boardroom
• CE-filing documents on the Court system
• Photocopying, paginating, scanning and printing
• Preparing bundles using Bundledocs as per fee earner instructions
• Ordering office supplies when required
• Post
• Expenses for fee earners
• General ad-hoc duties

• Able to work in a team and as an individual
• A spirt of co-operation and a positive, proactive ‘can do’ attitude
• Good written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to relate to people at all levels
• Professional telephone manner and the ability to take messages efficiently
• Excellent organisational skills

• Ability to use initiative and priorities work
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain deadlines
• Flexibility to work outside normal office hours may be required from time to time
