THE ROLE

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Deputy SENDCo to join the Learning Strategies department from September 2026. The Deputy SENDCo will report to the Head of Learning Strategies, assisting in the development, implementation, and review of the School's SEND policy and provision, and will be responsible for providing one-to-one support for individual pupils and small groups, liaising with subject teachers to share information about strategies to support our pupils.

The desirable candidate will ideally have a Level 7 SEND qualification and strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice; they will also have experience working with students with SEND in a classroom.

Please do get in touch if you are interested in this role as we would be happy to hear from you and discuss the role further even if your experience does not exactly fit the description: we want the right person to come and work with us.
