About this role

We’re seeking an experienced HR Professional to join our team on a maternity cover basis as our next People Partner. This is your chance to step into a generalist HR role where no two days are the same, and your ideas and expertise can help shape the future of the Trust.

What you’ll be doing

As our People Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our people agenda. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with managers to provide expert advice on HR policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Championing our culture and values, ensuring an inclusive and engaging workplace.
  • Leading employee relations cases with confidence and care.
  • Driving initiatives around performance management, absence management and employee engagement.
  • Contributing to strategic projects that align with our goals.

  • A solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Passion for creating a positive employee experience and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards it) is a plus!
