We are looking for our next People and Recruitment Administrator to join our small dynamic team at Francis Holland Schools.
You don’t need to have HR experience – what’s most important is your ability to handle administrative tasks with precision and efficiency and a desire to continue in or make your make first step into HR. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll be doing
As our new People and Recruitment Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our HR function with day-to-day operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills looking to step into the world of HR.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Preparing and issuing contracts, offer letters, and other documentation.
- Coordinating recruitment processes, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
- Supporting onboarding processes for new employees.
- Handling general HR-related queries from employees and managers.
- Maintaining HR databases and systems, ensuring all information is up to date.
- Providing general administrative support to the People team and wider business.
