The Francis Crick Institute is recruiting a Senior Medicinal Chemist to lead the medicinal chemistry for a high-priority drug discovery programme within the ALT project. You will drive design, optimisation and progression of compounds toward candidate quality, working closely with biology, pharmacology, DMPK and computational teams.

You will balance internal research with external CRO management, contributing hands-on lab work when needed in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
