Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the onboarding and implementation process for new clients.
- Work closely with clients to help them achieve their business goals and maximise revenue, including technical setâup.
- Meet all KPIs through dataâdriven analysis, planning and execution.
- Build repeatable onboarding and support processes that scale globally.
Qualifications
- 3â4 years customer success/technical account management experience.
- Payments or similar fintech SaaS/eâcommerce experience is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience of onboarding and implementation for highâvalue clients.
- Proven track record of handling highâvalue clients and of technical implementation and onboarding.
- Previous experience of working for a fastâgrowth startâup and/or scaleâup.
