Minimum 30 Hours per Week - Permanent - Office-Based
£25,000 - £30,000 FTE depending on experience + Company Pension Scheme
We are looking for a proactive, organised, and personable Receptionist / Administrator to join our team in Cheltenham. This is a varied and rewarding role offering long-term stability in a supportive office environment.
About the Role
This is a key position within our business, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing a warm welcome to clients. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, and you\'ll play an important part in both administrative and client-facing tasks.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting clients and managing the front desk.
- Answering and directing phone calls professionally.
- Ordering stationery and managing staff supplies.
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the office.
- Client onboarding and admin support.
- Company secretarial duties (e.g. Companies House filings and changes).
- Company formations and HMRC registrations.
- Booking in new jobs and updating workflow spreadsheets.
- Managing incoming and outgoing post.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous professional office/reception experience (preferred, but not essential).
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Comfortable managing varied tasks in a busy environment.
- Confident with basic IT systems and spreadsheets.
