We're hiring at Francis Bradshaw Consulting. We're a structural and civil engineering practice based in Wilmslow. We work for clients like Warburtons, AS Watson, and Together Housing Group. We use tech & I tools to assist running our projects. We're good at what we do — and we're growing. We need a Technical Operations & Project leader to own the rhythm of how we deliver.

This isn't a back-office admin role. It's the person who keeps 12–15 live projects on programme, makes sure our engineers are resourced correctly, runs risk, programme and collaboration front & centre, and keeps clients informed. You'll work directly with me and our Delivery Director.

You're probably around 30-40. You've grown up in a consulting or technical environment. You're better at making things run smoothly than most people realise. You want a role where your systems thinking actually changes something, not just supports someone else's process.
