- Providing a warm and welcoming experience for every customer.
- Building lasting customer relationships through outstanding service.
- Achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Processing sales, exchanges, repairs, and special orders accurately.
- Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising.
- Assisting with stock control and ensuring the security of high- value items.
- Keeping up to date with product knowledge, new collections and industry trends.
- Supporting the team to create a professional, friendly, and enjoyable shopping experience.
