About You
- A professional qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in the industry, with a strong focus on managerial roles.
- Proven experience in auditing, compliance, and regulatory oversight within the coffee or hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Highly proficient in administrative and organisational tasks, including maintaining up-to-date paperwork, SOPs, and business systems.
- Consistently able to complete tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience in the coffee industry, including working as a barista and delivering training to staff.
- Skilled in adapting, drafting, and implementing new systems and processes to enhance business operations.
- Proven ability to delegate tasks effectively and empower teams to perform at their best.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, produce detailed reports, and implement improvements based on findings.
