A proactive and well-organised IT Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the IT function. The role requires a good understanding of the IT landscape, strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work. You will work closely with the wider IT team and support a range of administrative, coordination, and governance activities. The role is primarily remote, with a requirement to attend the office in Stratford-upon-Avon one day per week (Wednesday), along with occasional travel to subsidiary sites as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Raise and manage purchase orders in line with internal processes
- Carry out quarterly licence audits to validate user numbers against supplier invoices
- Track contract renewal dates and notice periods across all IT budget lines
- Manage and administer company mobile phones
- Monitor and follow up on timesheets to ensure timely and accurate submission
- Support the starters and leavers process, ensuring access and compliance requirements are met
- Coordinate IT governance meetings, including CAB (Change Advisory Board) and TDA (Technical Design Authority)
- Maintain records of end-user assets and software licences
- Take ownership of action logs and meeting minutes from IT management meetings
- Provide general project and meeting coordination support where required
- Assist with supplier coordination, including raising queries and tracking performance
- Support continuous improvement of IT processes and admin workflows
