Job Title: Hair Stylist (Full-Time / Part-Time)
Location: Francesco Hair Salon Cheltenham
Pay Rate: £15.00 – £20.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
Bonus: £500 Welcome / Signing Bonus (T&Cs apply)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultations, cutting, colouring, and styling services tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintain high standards of salon hygiene, client care, and customer experience.
- Recommend aftercare routines and premium retail products to support client maintenance between visits.
- Collaborate with the salon team and actively assist in mentoring junior team members and apprentices as you progress toward your Assessor qualification.
- Stay current with modern styling trends, techniques, and product innovations.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Hairdressing (or equivalent accredited qualification).
- Experience: Proven salon floor experience with a solid command of cutting, colouring, and finishing techniques.
- Mindset: An ambitious, professional attitude with a genuine desire to learn, mentor others, and explore future salon leadership or franchise ownership.
- Communication: Warm, confident interpersonal skills with a commitment to five-star client service.
Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
