What You’ll Do
- As a part‑time Sales Lead, you will support leading and motivating our boutique associates to create an engaging guest experience and in turn, drive results.
- You will also have responsibility for operational processes including opening and closing the boutique.
- Assisting the leadership team in driving business results by maximizing daily sales plans, improving metrics through sales floor leadership, and providing feedback to the Boutique Team.
- Supporting and reinforcing a selling culture that focuses on building a confident and engaged team that is motivated to provide unwavering dedication to our guests.
- Planning, delegating, and following up on expected tasks, assignments and activities while maintaining our guest as our top priority.
- Using effective communication skills to act as a liaison between the Boutique Team Leader, Assistant Team Leader, and the Boutique Team.
- Supporting and enforcing company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
- Problem solving; proactively, creatively, and sometimes independently.

Position Requirements
- Preferred experience in a specialty retail store.
- Able to plan and execute tasks efficiently and independently.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Ability to multi‑task and balance multiple priorities.
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the boutique while including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting and climbing.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
