Role Description
The Boutique Team Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Castleton. This position involves overseeing daily boutique operations, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include leading and motivating team members, implementing merchandising strategies, meeting performance goals, and maintaining a welcoming boutique environment. The Team Leader also assists in staff training, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team development skills, including motivating and training team members
- Customer service and sales experience, with a focus on building strong client relationships
- Merchandising and operational skills, including inventory management and visual presentation
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills for managing daily boutique operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with both customers and team members
- Retail management experience is a plus
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- A passion for the francesca\'s® brand and an interest in fashion and lifestyle products
