Overview: Francesca's Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor/Leader on behalf of a well-established business based in Mansfield (NG18). This is a hands-on supervisory role overseeing two warehouse operatives and supporting the Warehouse Manager to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Salary: £26,561.60 per annum (equivalent to £12.77 per hour). Salary is negotiable for the right candidate.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm (30 minute break)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising two warehouse operatives and supporting their daily workload
- Leading by example in a hands-on environment
- Manually counting, checking, and processing goods in and out
- Assigning tasks and ensuring workflow is maintained
