As a Warehouse Manager/Branch Operations Manager, you’ll support branch operations, oversee warehouse and delivery teams, and drive performance while ensuring company values and policies are upheld. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and develop warehouse operatives and logistics teams. * Manage resource requirements and oversee warehouse operations. * Ensure efficient stock handling and timely order deliveries. * Analyze performance, problem-solve operational challenges, and maintain compliance. * Conduct employee performance reviews and support branch KPIs. Requirements: * Proven leadership in warehouse or logistics operations. * Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. * Customer service experience and ability to adapt under pressure. * Competent with Microsoft Office 365 and warehouse management systems.
