Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for an Order Processor / Customer Service professional to join a growing food sales business supplying pubs, cafes, restaurants, hotels and catering businesses. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in hospitality, catering, food service or food sales who is looking to move into a professional office-based customer service and sales role. The successful candidate will join a friendly and supportive team in a varied position involving customer service, order processing, telesales and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Contacting new, existing and lapsed customers to promote products and services
- Providing excellent customer service and account support
- Identifying sales opportunities and supporting business growth
- Creating simple promotional videos and content for WhatsApp and customer apps
- Supporting social media activity and customer engagement
- Working closely with the wider sales team
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, catering, food service or food sales
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Basic social media knowledge and confidence creating simple video content
- Positive and proactive approach to work
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Full driving licence is highly desirable
