Francesca’s Recruitment is delighted to be supporting our client in the search for an experienced Sales Manager within the medical sector. This role is ideal for someone who has worked closely with physiotherapy, occupational therapy, or mobility-related products and understands the clinical and customer-focused nature of the industry.

About the Role: This is a field-based management position where you will:

  • Lead, support, and develop a small team of Product Advisors
  • Travel daily across Oxford and surrounding postcodes
  • Conduct assessments with customers, often in partnership with physiotherapists and occupational therapists
  • Provide product expertise and ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Drive performance across the team and support them in meeting targets
  • Represent the brand professionally within clinical and community settings

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in medical sales, mobility equipment, or working alongside physio/OT professionals
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a small team
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • A proactive, organised approach with strong customer focus
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel daily
  • Confidence conducting assessments and supporting clinical-led decisions

Salary & Benefits:

  • £38,500–£42,000 basic salary
  • Quarterly bonus scheme
  • End-of-year target bonus (subject to performance)
