Salary: £40,000+ DOE
Hours: 9:00am–5:00pm (1‑hour lunch)
Benefits: 23 days holiday + bank holidays, workplace pension, free parking, assistant support, hybrid working considered after initial period.
About the Role
You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re‑mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Registered and unregistered titles
- Regular communication with estate agents, lenders, brokers, and clients
This is a quality‑focused role within a firm that values clear communication, practical solutions, and long‑term client relationships—not high‑volume processing.
