Francesca's Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for an Order Processor / Customer Service professional to join a growing food sales business supplying catering and hospitality clients across pubs, cafés, restaurants, hotels, and other hospitality venues.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in catering, hospitality, food service, or food sales who are looking to move into a customer service and sales-based office role while remaining connected to the food industry.
The successful candidate will join a friendly and supportive team in a varied role combining customer service, order processing, telesales, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Processing customer orders accurately and within required timescales
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with catering and hospitality clients
- Contacting new, existing, and lapsed customers to promote food products and services
- Providing a high level of customer service and account support
- Creating engaging content and short promotional videos for WhatsApp and app-based customer communications
- Supporting social media activity to increase customer engagement and brand visibility
- Working closely with the wider sales team to support business growth
- Previous experience within catering, hospitality, food service, or food sales
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls and developing client relationships
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Basic social media knowledge and confidence creating simple video content
- Positive attitude with the ability to work within a fast-paced environment
