Order Processor / Customer Service – Food Sales into Catering Location: Staveley Hours: 3 days per week 8:30am to 5:00pm and 8:30am to 1:00pm Salary: £12.71 per hour plus annual bonus Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for an Order Processor / Customer Service professional to join a growing food sales business supplying catering and hospitality clients across pubs, cafés, restaurants, hotels, and other hospitality venues. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in catering, hospitality, food service, or food sales who are looking to move into a customer service and sales-based office role while remaining connected to the food industry. The successful candidate will join a friendly and supportive team in a varied role combining customer service, order processing, telesales, and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities Handling inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently Processing customer orders accurately and within required timescales Building and maintaining strong relationships with catering and hospitality clients Contacting new, existing, and lapsed customers to promote food products and services Providing a high level of customer service and account support Creating engaging content and short promotional videos for WhatsApp and app-based customer communications Supporting social media activity to increase customer engagement and brand visibility Working closely with the wider sales team to support business growth Candidate Requirements Previous experience within catering, hospitality, food service, or food sales Excellent communication and customer service skills Confident and professional telephone manner Comfortable making outbound sales calls and developing client relationships Good attention to detail and organisational skills Basic social media knowledge and confidence creating simple video content Positive attitude with the ability to work within a fast-paced environment What’s on Offer Part-time daytime hours offering improved work-life balance Competitive hourly rate plus annual bonus Supportive and friendly working environment Opportunity to develop a long-term career within food sales and customer service This role would suit candidates from hospitality or catering backgrounds looking to move away from shift work and into a professional office-based role within the food industry.
