E-Commerce Manager – Google Ads / PPC Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd – Confidential Client Mansfield, Nottinghamshire £40,000–£50,000 per annum Full-time | Permanent | Office Based Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd are recruiting on behalf of a successful and established business based in Mansfield for an experienced E-Commerce Manager – Google Ads / PPC This is a senior opportunity for a commercially focused e-commerce professional to take ownership of online growth across three established e-commerce brands, with combined annual sales currently around £10m and a target to reach £12m. Reporting directly to the company owners, you will have the budget, internal team and external resources required to implement your strategy and deliver measurable growth. The Role * Develop and implement the strategy to increase online sales across all channels. * Take hands-on responsibility for a substantial Google Ads budget. * Lead and manage the e-commerce and digital marketing team. * Take ownership of the Group's online P&L. * Manage external Magento agencies and other digital partners. * Develop multi-channel marketing activity across email, social media and digital channels. * Identify new customer acquisition and revenue opportunities. * Analyse online performance and use data to drive commercial decisions. * Improve website performance, customer journeys and conversion. * Support the continued growth of established online brands. * Ensure online activity is aligned with wider commercial objectives. * Take overall responsibility for the Group's online performance. About You We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager with a strong commercial background and a proven record of growing online sales. You will ideally have: Experience scaling successful e-commerce businesses. Strong commercial and analytical skills. Experience developing and delivering multi-channel marketing strategies. Excellent knowledge of Google Ads and SEO. Experience with email marketing and social media. Experience managing digital teams and external agencies. Working knowledge of Magento or a similar e-commerce platform. Strong understanding of customer acquisition and conversion. Experience using data to identify opportunities and improve performance. The confidence to work independently and take ownership of results. You will be commercially driven, analytical and results focused, with the ability to combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
