Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd are recruiting on behalf of a successful and established business based in Mansfield for an experienced E-Commerce Manager.
The Role
- Develop and implement the strategy to increase online sales across all channels.
- Take hands-on responsibility for a substantial Google Ads budget.
- Lead and manage the e-commerce and digital marketing team.
- Take ownership of the Group's online P&L.
- Manage external Magento agencies and other digital partners.
- Develop multi-channel marketing activity across email, social media and digital channels.
- Identify new customer acquisition and revenue opportunities.
- Analyse online performance and use data to drive commercial decisions.
- Improve website performance, customer journeys and conversion.
- Support the continued growth of established online brands.
- Ensure online activity is aligned with wider commercial objectives.
- Take overall responsibility for the Group's online performance.
About You
- Experience scaling successful e-commerce businesses.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Experience developing and delivering multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Excellent knowledge of Google Ads and SEO.
- Experience with email marketing and social media.
- Experience managing digital teams and external agencies.
- Working knowledge of Magento or a similar e-commerce platform.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition and conversion.
- Experience using data to identify opportunities and improve performance.
- The confidence to work independently and take ownership of results.
- You will be commercially driven, analytical and results focused, with the ability to combine strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach.
