Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly organised Xero Accounts & Data Protection Administrator to support a growing, forward‑thinking business. The role requires an experienced Xero professional with strong accounting administration skills, alongside working knowledge of Data Protection and a willingness to further develop expertise in this area. This position suits someone detail‑driven, proactive and confident working independently.

Essential Experience

  • Advanced Xero skills — invoicing, reconciliations, financial administration and maintaining accurate accounts
  • Working knowledge of Data Protection with the motivation to grow into a stronger compliance role
  • Experience supporting Data Protection tasks such as audits, SARs and compliance processes
  • Excellent administration and organisational ability
  • Confident using Excel, Google Docs, Microsoft Office & Outlook
  • Must live within one hour of Long Bennington and have access to a vehicle

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing all Xero accounting tasks, including invoicing, reconciliations and financial administration
  • Supporting Data Protection compliance, including audits, SARs and process improvements
  • Day‑to‑day office administration and workflow management
  • Client onboarding and CRM/database maintenance
  • Supporting the Managing Director with operational and compliance tasks
  • Managing renewals, subscriptions and Companies House updates
