Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an experienced Office & Accounts Administrator to support a growing, forward‑thinking business. This flexible part‑time role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail‑driven and confident working independently.
Essential Experience
- Strong Xero skills – invoicing, reconciliations, financial admin
- Data Protection expertise – audits and managing SARs
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Proficient in Excel, Google Docs, Microsoft Office & Outlook
- Must live within one hour of Long Bennington and have own vehicle
Key Responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day office administration
- All Xero accounts tasks
- Data Protection audits & SAR management
- Client onboarding and database management
- Supporting the Managing Director
- Managing renewals, subscriptions and Companies House updates
