The Role
A key position supporting multiple sites across the southern region, ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct health & safety audits across the region
- Lead on fire safety compliance and complete fire risk assessments
- Provide expert advice on H&S policies and procedures
- Support management teams to maintain strong safety standards
- Deliver training and awareness sessions where required
- Travel extensively to client sites, with occasional overnight stays
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' UK Health & Safety experience
- NEBOSH qualification
- Recognised fire safety qualification
- Extensive experience in fire risk assessments
- Candidates with stronger fire safety and H&S auditing experience are highly desirable
- Full driving licence and own vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a busy schedule with resilience and flexibility
