- Territory Management — Own and manage the Scotland region with autonomy, ensuring strong market presence and full coverage.
- Account Growth — Develop existing accounts, increase product penetration and secure repeat business.
- Client Re-activation — Rebuild relationships with dormant clients and convert inactive accounts into revenue.

Candidate Profile
We are seeking a Business Development Manager who:
- Has proven experience in technical sales, ideally within sensors, data acquisition, IT/software-integrated hardware, weighbridges, weighing systems, plant machinery or waste-handling equipment.
- Understands how data, software and hardware combine to create modern industrial solutions.
- Demonstrates strong commercial instincts, resilience and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Communicates confidently at all levels and builds trust quickly.
- Thrives in an autonomous, field-based role and manages their territory with discipline.
- Holds engineering, IT, software or commercial qualifications (advantageous).

Scotland — central location preferred but not essential.
Salary & Benefits
- £40,000 basic salary
