Francesca s Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a commercially driven Digital Marketing Manager to join a successful e-commerce business with three established brands, £10m annual sales and an ambitious £12m growth target.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of digital strategy, manage a significant marketing budget and make a measurable impact on business growth.
The Role
- Manage and optimise Google Ads, PPC and SEO campaigns to maximise ROI.
- Drive online sales, customer acquisition and conversion rates.
- Lead the digital marketing and e-commerce team.
- Oversee email marketing, social media and website performance.
- Manage marketing budgets, Magento agencies and external partners.
- Analyse performance data and report directly to company owners.
About You
- Proven experience in Google Ads, PPC and SEO.
- A track record of growing e-commerce sales.
- Strong commercial, analytical and leadership skills.
- Experience managing budgets, teams and agencies.
- Knowledge of Magento or a similar e-commerce platform.
