Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd are delighted to be supporting a long-standing, highly respected client in Chesterfield with the recruitment of a Senior Administrator / Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established organisation in a pivotal support role. The position is ideal for an experienced PA/EA, but it also offers a fantastic progression route for a strong Senior Administrator ready to step into a more senior support role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, prioritise and organise your own workload, delegating tasks to Administrative Assistants where appropriate
- Ensure all required documentation is prepared, accurate and available
- Support the end-to-end billing process to assist lawyers
- Prepare and distribute agendas, itineraries and meeting papers, ensuring outstanding actions are followed up
- Manage and maintain diaries, including arranging travel, meetings and events, and resolving scheduling challenges
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail, sense-checking all work and addressing issues proactively
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Senior Administrator
- Proven ability to support multiple stakeholders, including diary and travel management
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Professional telephone manner and strong communication skills
- Confident decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Efficient document management and filing
- Bonus (not essential): Experience in facilities management or block management
