Role Overview
The Parts Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the parts department, ensuring an efficient, professional service is delivered to customers while maintaining strong supplier relationships and effective stock control.
Key Responsibilities
- Procuring spare parts and maintaining accurate inventory levels
- Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of parts and services
- Providing exceptional customer support and aftersales service
- Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on departmental KPIs
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a small team
- Building and maintaining strong supplier and customer relationships
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and service levels

- Previous experience in a similar Parts Manager or Parts Supervisor role
