Role Overview

The Parts Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the parts department, ensuring an efficient, professional service is delivered to customers while maintaining strong supplier relationships and effective stock control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Procuring spare parts and maintaining accurate inventory levels
  • Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of parts and services
  • Providing exceptional customer support and aftersales service
  • Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on departmental KPIs
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a small team
