Customer Service Advisor / Administrator – Chesterfield

ÂŁ26,400 + Bonus + 31 Days Holiday + Pension

Hours:

  • Mon–Thu: 8:00am – 4:30pm
  • Fri: 8:30am – 3:30pm

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting customers with parts enquiries
  • Providing product advice and technical information
  • Processing orders, quotes, and invoices
  • Coordinating dispatch and tracking backorders
  • Keeping customers updated and building strong relationships
  • Working with inventory to manage stock levels
  • Identifying slow‑moving stock and supporting sales activity
  • General administration to support the wider team
