Customer Service Advisor / Administrator – Chesterfield
ÂŁ26,400 + Bonus + 31 Days Holiday + Pension

- Mon–Thu: 8:00am – 4:30pm
- Fri: 8:30am – 3:30pm

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting customers with parts enquiries
- Providing product advice and technical information
- Processing orders, quotes, and invoices
- Coordinating dispatch and tracking backorders
- Keeping customers updated and building strong relationships
- Working with inventory to manage stock levels
- Identifying slow‑moving stock and supporting sales activity
- General administration to support the wider team
What We’re Looking For
- Customer service or sales experience (automotive, engineering, or construction ideal)
- A bubbly, positive personality with strong people skills
- Must be confident and professional on the telephone, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building ability
- Organised, accurate, and proactive — someone who gets things done
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn
