Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our client’s established and growing team in Chesterfield. This role is ideal for a professional with strong commercial property experience and excellent client-facing skills.
Role Overview
The Commercial Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring efficient management, compliance, and high-quality service delivery to tenants and landlords.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct valuations, rent reviews, lease negotiations, and property inspections
- Maintain accurate property records and documentation
- Promote commercial property management services to clients
- Provide excellent customer service and manage day-to-day administrative tasks
- Coordinate maintenance works and liaise with contractors
- Prepare detailed reports and support business decision-making
- Offer strategic advice and market insights
- Work closely with legal teams, contractors, and stakeholders
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in commercial property management or commercial surveying
- Strong understanding of property law, regulations, and market trends
- Proficient in property management software (Veco preferred) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or related field (RICS preferred or willingness to progress)
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
