Francesca's Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and customer-focused Business Development Manager to spearhead growth at our brand-new York Branch. While the doors of our branch are yet to officially open, we’re already building a stellar team—are you ready to be part of it?

Salary: Up to £32,000 + Bonus

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll work directly with the Branch Manager to deliver outstanding customer service, foster long-term relationships, and drive business growth. With your expertise, you’ll help acquire new customers and maximise opportunities within our existing customer base. Your Week:

  • 45 hours, spread across 5 days (Monday to Friday).
  • Alternate Saturdays (additional 5 hours).

Your Mission:

  • Deliver industry-leading customer service.
  • Build strong relationships and actively seek new business opportunities.
  • Promote Francesca's Recruitment Ltd's values and help grow the York Branch's sales volume.
  • Ensure customer needs are met through your professional and organized approach.
  • Use your insight and data to identify new avenues for growth.

Key Accountabilities

  • Drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Meet branch and brand targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Support team members across the business when required.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Motor Factor Sales or a similar role.
  • A valid UK driving licence.
  • Excellent communication, IT, and organizational skills.
  • A proven passion for customer service and sales.
  • Knowledge of the York area and its customer base is a bonus.
