What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and inspire the warehouse and logistics teams to exceed expectations
  • Oversee day-to-day operations using state-of-the-art warehouse management systems
  • Analyze performance, tackle challenges, and implement solutions to drive growth
  • Maintain top-notch customer service by ensuring orders are delivered efficiently
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

Who You Are:

  • An experienced operations leader with a knack for coaching and motivating teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Leadership & management certifications (CMI/ILM or similar)
  • Level 3 in Warehousing Management
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Stock Management systems and processes

Working Hours:

  • 45 hours/week: Monday to Friday (8.5-hour days) + alternate Saturdays
  • Shifts between 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break
