What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and inspire the warehouse and logistics teams to exceed expectations
- Oversee day-to-day operations using state-of-the-art warehouse management systems
- Analyze performance, tackle challenges, and implement solutions to drive growth
- Maintain top-notch customer service by ensuring orders are delivered efficiently
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Who You Are:
- An experienced operations leader with a knack for coaching and motivating teams
- Cool under pressure, adaptable, and ready to tackle challenges head-on
- Data-savvy with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport
Preferred Qualifications:
- Leadership & management certifications (CMI/ILM or similar)
- Level 3 in Warehousing Management
- Familiarity with Warehouse Stock Management systems and processes
Working Hours:
- 45 hours/week: Monday to Friday (8.5-hour days) + alternate Saturdays
- Shifts between 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break
