As a Cook, you will be responsible for:
- Planning and preparing nutritious, balanced menus to meet dietary needs
- Ensuring compliance with COSHH, HACCP, and company procedures
- Ordering supplies and managing stock, reporting any issues
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Supporting events and seasonal catering as required
- Completing cleaning schedules, audits, and temperature checks
- Working within budget and maintaining accurate records
