About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and empathetic Administrator/Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for everyone entering our home or calling us. You will balance a welcoming front‑of‑house presence with vital administrative support to keep our home running smoothly.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Front of House: Welcome visitors, sign guests in, and answer phone calls warmly.
- Enquiries: Direct calls and handle initial inquiries from prospective families or healthcare professionals.
- Staff Support: Update staff training records and assist with onboarding paperwork.
- Compliance: Maintain accurate resident archives and physical records securely.
- Supplies: Monitor stock levels and order office stationery.
