A lovely family in Notting Hill is seeking a full-time, French-speaking nanny to care for a 17-month-old baby. We are looking for a professional, energetic, and nurturing nanny with a minimum of 5 years of experience in childcare. This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood development and is experienced in managing sleep routines, motor skills, potty training, and food transitions.
Position Details:
Schedule:
Monday & Friday: 8:00 am – 7:00 pm
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm
Salary: £16 net per hour
- Ensuring consistency and structure with sleep routines
- Supporting the development of motor skills through age-appropriate activities
- Assisting with potty training and food transitions
- Preparing nutritious meals and snacks, promoting healthy eating habits
- Encouraging language development and other developmental milestones
- Communicating regularly with parents about child’s progress and daily activities
Requirements:
Extensive knowledge of early childhood development, especially motor skills and sleep routines
Experience in potty training and transitioning to solid foods
Energetic, proactive, and strict when it comes to routines
DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Valid first aid and CPR certification
Excellent references
