We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bustling bar. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and extensive knowledge of food and beverage service. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the bar team, ensuring excellent service delivery and team management.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes related to bar snacks or light meals, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Manage daily operations including opening, closing, and maintaining health and safety standards in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Organise staff schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor performance to foster a cohesive team environment.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, alcohol regulations, and food safety standards at all times.
- Maintain inventory levels by ordering supplies, managing stock rotation, and reducing waste.

Requirements
