We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and customer-focused Commercial and Events Officer to join our Commercial and Events team. This is a varied and rewarding role supporting the delivery and growth of the College's commercial activities, including sports facility hire, residential lettings and a range of events.
Responsibilities- Support the delivery and growth of the College's commercial activities, including sports facility hire, residential lettings and events.
- Assist with planning and delivery of events, coordinate with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- During term time, work predominantly in the office with hours typically between 8:30am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday; occasional evenings and weekend work to meet with clients and support events.
- Outside of term time, particularly during the summer period in July and August, take a more operational role, supporting and overseeing events and residential lettings across the College site with varied hours including regular weekend work.
