We are seeking a Social Media Manager focused on Tether tech products and events. You will plan, coordinate, and implement social media campaigns and community growth strategies supporting product launches, engagement, education, and user outreach globally.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with product launches, marketing goals, and audience needs.
- Create, edit, and publish content across platforms (e.g., X/Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram).
- Manage content calendars, posting schedules, and distribution plans in coordination with global marketing and product teams.
- Work closely with product managers to communicate updates, new features, and benefits of Tether products.
- Collaborate with partners, influencers, and community leaders to drive awareness and trust.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) ‑ engagement, growth, reach ‑ and report campaign results to senior stakeholders.
- Adapt messaging for clarity, cultural relevance, and brand consistency.
- Use AI tools to brainstorm content ideas, visuals, and messaging frameworks to enhance campaigns (ideas only, not for final publication).
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of professional experience in social media management, ideally in fintech or tech sectors.
