The Role: We are seeking a highly structured, disciplined, and execution-focused Project Manager with strong Content Management capabilities to support and coordinate the marketing function. This role is responsible for maintaining full oversight of the marketing calendar, campaign planning, asset production timelines, and cross-department coordination.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Marketing Project & Campaign Management: Own and manage the end-to-end marketing calendar, ensuring strategic alignment and execution discipline.
- Plan and coordinate multi-channel campaigns across product launches, platform updates, educational initiatives, and promotional activities.
- Define timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across marketing, product, compliance, design, and technology teams.
- Ensure all campaign assets are scoped, briefed, produced, reviewed, and delivered within agreed deadlines.
- Monitor execution risks and proactively remove bottlenecks.
- Maintain structured workflows and documentation standards.
- Prepare post-campaign performance reports and executive summaries.
- Act as a coordination point between internal and external teams.

Content Strategy & Execution:
- Produce high-quality written content, including blog posts, platform announcements, educational materials, newsletters, and website copy.

- Manage content publishing across CMS and distribution channels.

What You Bring to the Table:
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing project management, content management, or a hybrid strategic role.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams in regulated or product-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of trading platforms, financial products, or digital asset markets.
- Excellent written and editorial skills in English.
