Our products include the Dune app for dashboards, the Analytics API, and Datashare. You should be fluent in how onchain data is structured (blocks, transactions, logs, contracts, protocol activity) and able to guide analysts, engineers, and digital asset teams on how to leverage Dune.

What you'll actually do:

  • Join sales calls to understand customer goals and data environments
  • Translate business use cases into concrete solutions using Dune products
  • Explain Dune's datasets, APIs, and Datashare services in clear, practical terms
  • Guide customers on how to query and integrate onchain data
  • Provide example queries or simple demos when needed to illustrate solutions
  • Support security, integration, and technical discussions with customer teams
  • Share insights from the field with product and engineering to improve Dune

Requirements:

  • Deep working knowledge of onchain data, including events, decoded contract activity, protocol state changes, and how these differ across chains (EVM and non-EVM)
  • 3+ years working in data analytics, data engineering, data consulting, solutions engineering, or a related role
  • Proficiency in SQL and working with APIs, plus experience in at least one language such as Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or Go
  • Customer-facing or pre-sales experience, particularly in scoping technical requirements and translating business use cases to data solutions
  • Leverage AI-driven tools and insights to optimize decision‐making, streamline workflows, and enhance team productivity
  • Based in the Eastern US or Europe

Bonus points:

  • Experience with dbt or other data transformation tools
  • Hands-on experience with modern data warehouses or lakes such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery
  • Active contributions to analytics or crypto data communities, ideally as an avid Dune user or onchain data expert with visibility in the ecosystem

Perks & Benefits:

  • A competitive salary and equity package. Both salary and equity are in the top 25% of companies in the space
  • Our employee equity scheme has world‐class employee‐friendly terms with a heavily discounted strike price (~90%) and a 10‐year exercise window
  • 5 weeks PTO + local public holidays that can be swapped to suit you
  • A fully remote‐first approach within a distributed team with flexible working hours; you structure your own day
  • Good health is important, so we offer private medical insurance, dental & vision as standard
  • Paid parental leave: 16 weeks to primary and 6 weeks to secondary caregivers, fully paid. Plus a 2‐week part‐time phased return at full pay
  • Quarterly offsites in various exciting locations as a company or team to connect, work together and have fun (so far in Tuscany, Berlin, Austria and Athens)
  • Each person gets a yearly travel allowance to connect and co‐work with someone or a team of people for a few days
  • An allowance for your at‐home setup to ensure you are happy, comfortable and productive. If you prefer a local co‐working space, we'll pay for your desk
  • Work with some of the best people you'll ever get to meet
  • And of course, you get some awesome Dune swag
