Responsibilities
- Build and execute the sales strategy across Western Europe (UK, France, and Benelux).
- Inspire and manage a sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with Fireblocks BDRs, GTM Team, Regional Sales Leaders, AEs, and Sales Engineers.
- Maintain relationships with prospects and customers, and lead prospecting, territory, and account planning.
- Update and maintain the Fireblocks CRM.
Qualifications
- Deep knowledge and experience in software or institutional sales, selling into financial services, crypto, blockchain, or fintech sectors.
- Experience formalizing and supporting co‑sell motions with technology partners (preferred).
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency.
- Track record of over‑achievement in enterprise sales management.
- Entrepreneurial, relentless hunting attitude and ability to drive the team to prospect and qualify new opportunities.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to thrive in a team‑selling environment.
