Overview of the role

Glance is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Seller to drive revenue and market adoption for our innovative Glance TV advertising solutions.

This is not your traditional CTV offering.

We provide a unique, display-based ad experience within engaging content environments, enabling full‑funnel marketing campaigns.

This role is based in New York and will focus on building strong relationships with agency holding companies and key clients, with a strong emphasis on managed service campaigns.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the CTV landscape, exceptional sales acumen, and a proven track record of success in the digital media and advertising technology space.

Development: Build the Glance brand in the market to drive familiarity, adoption, and revenue.

Includes identifying key opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and executing initiatives to achieve sales targets.

Collaboration: Engage with Operations, Demand Partnerships, and Marketing teams regarding new product solutions and releases to present a 360‑degree go‑to‑market motion.

Provide market feedback, align sales strategies with product roadmaps, and ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

Representation: Represent Glance at industry‑relevant functions to increase visibility and influence annual commitments.

Attend conferences, networking events, and client meetings to promote Glance TV’s unique value proposition and build strong industry relationships.

Selling: Utilize a solution‑selling philosophy by uncovering key business requirements and pain points, then sell through Glance’s solutions that meet the clients’ needs.

Conduct thorough needs assessments, develop customized solutions, and deliver compelling presentations that address client objectives.

  • CRM Management: Maintain proper adherence to company standards for data entry/utilization through In Mobi’s CRM (Salesforce).

Accurately track sales activities, manage client information, and generate reports to monitor progress and inform sales strategies.

  • 15+ years in digital, media, or ad tech sales.
  • 5+ years of advanced TV advertising experience.
  • Experience selling CTV to agency holding companies, via managed service and/or programmatic.
  • Deep relationships within the CTV space in the advertising industry.
  • Familiarity with TV Measurement and CTV technical expertise.
  • Ability to work individually and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally, with strong written and verbal abilities.
  • Proven executive presence and relationship‑building skills to engage with senior‑level clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support business development activities.

Additional variable pay in the form of annual or quarterly bonuses may be awarded.
