A fantastic opportunity has arisen in our Community Recovery Team where we support adults working towards recovery from substance misuse. Through a combination of one-to-one support, partnership working, and group activities we encourage individuals to lead a healthier and improved quality of life.

We are looking for passionate, creative, and confident individuals to make up our Boston and East Lindsey Cluster Team. We work mainly Monday to Friday during office hours across Lincolnshire; but due to the nature of our clients' needs, you may occasionally be required to work outside of these hours.

We work with individuals in the community in supported accommodation, social or private housing, or those engaging in the housing floating support services. You must have a means to travel to multiple locations during the working day. Excellent rapport building skills are vital, as is the ability to work effectively in a small team as well as the wider Lincolnshire team. An understanding of the barriers our client group face as well as knowledge of the Agencies we will engage with through partnership working is desirable.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • To provide support to Service Users in a safe and maintained environment, by support planning, reviewing and assessing their individual risks and needs.
  • Be responsible for assessing and evaluating the needs of Service Users.
  • To ensure that tasks identified in support plans are communicated to Support Workers and that these tasks are clear, appropriate and agreed with the Service User.
  • To enable Service Users to understand the requirements of independent living including budgeting, maintenance and use of leisure time.
  • To liaise appropriately with Key partners, stakeholders and service providers to ensure appropriate support is offered to all Service Users.
