We are looking for an enthusiastic Service Manager for an Ofsted registered, supported accommodation service for young people age 16-25yrs. This service works closely with DCC and our partner agency Adullam Housing Association. We have just received a new contract so are expanding from 100 to 160 approx. over the next 2yrs so you will be joining us at an exciting time of growth. Our units are a mixture of hub and dispersed accommodation in and around Derbyshire.
Your role:
As a Service Manager, you will provide visionary leadership and management, fostering a safe, supportive, and contractually compliant environment. You will inspire and lead teams, including two managers, to deliver exceptional services that meets the unique and sometimes challenging needs of our service users.
