Frameworks Property Services are looking for a Property Services Officer to join their team. We are looking for a friendly and people-focused person with the knowledge and ability to prioritise the administration of a wide range of maintenance requisitions. You do not need to be technically qualified or be able to wield a screwdriver! However, a knowledge of the types of repairs which might be required in a property is necessary. You will have good communication and computer skills, attention to detail and have a customer-focused approach.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the Property Services Team Leader in delivering a quality service.
  • Raising and reporting requisitions with a good understanding of repair terminology.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships and communication with the Framework services teams both on site and off site and deliver great customer service.
  • Maintain and work to our policies and procedures for correct and safe delivery of works, including but not limited to: contractor management, communication to support teams and tenants.
  • Complete all relevant records in line with the business (job completions, invoicing, etc.).
