Framework is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Engagement and Enrichment Worker to develop and deliver an exciting programme of arts, culture, sport and leisure activities across our Nottingham City services. This is a unique opportunity to shape a brand-new role and make a real difference to the lives of people who have experienced homelessness. You will create opportunities for individuals to reconnect with others, discover new interests, build confidence, improve wellbeing, and develop a positive daily routine.

What You'll Do

  • Help design and deliver a varied programme of arts, cultural, sporting and leisure activities.
  • Co-produce activities with service users, ensuring they are meaningful, inclusive and person-centred.
  • Build partnerships with local organisations, community groups and leisure providers.
  • Coordinate trips, workshops, events and group activities across the city.
  • Carry out risk assessments and ensure activities are safe, accessible and enjoyable.
  • Manage activity budgets and resources effectively.
  • Recruit, support and supervise volunteers.
  • Capture outcomes, analyse participation data and demonstrate the impact of the programme.
  • Work in a psychologically informed and therapeutic way that promotes recovery, wellbeing and social inclusion.

About You

  • We're looking for someone who is passionate about improving the lives of people facing disadvantage.
  • Creative, energetic and full of ideas for engaging activities.
  • Skilled at building positive relationships and encouraging participation.
  • Organised and confident managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experienced in community engagement, activity coordination, youth work, social care, recovery services, sports development, arts participation or a similar field.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with a wider team.
